Refund policy

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
As our products are customized and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final except in the case of defects. If your item is defective, we will gladly replace it. In the case that replacement isn't possible, we will issue a full refund for the defective item.
